When you have made the decision to further investigate an actual move, contact a reputable company regarding SA regulations, legal aspects of immigration, paperwork, and so on. Retired you will not qualify for Permanent Resident Status, apply instead for a Retired Persons Visa. This status allows a 4-year entry/stay, renewable indefinitely.
